- Yoshi and his YC88 brothers have often been called 'The Black Nord' because of their resemblance to the Nord Stage series of stage pianos. We love Yoshi because unlike a Nord, he has wood action keys featuring that incredible Yamaha action, physical drawbars for the organ side of the keyboard, the best Yamaha piano sound engines available (better than the Nord we reckon), AND we didn't have to sell a kidney to buy him!!

- Yoshi got his name because he's Japanese and Yoshi also means "good, respectful'.
